Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins
Did I get your attention or did you scrunch your nose up? HAHA I did make some banana chocolate chip muffins this week (I just needed to use the ripe bananas before they were too far gone to do anything with them). It's funny...I like eating bananas, but baked goods or juice with banana in it- no thanks! My roommates are tearing up the banana bread I made earlier.

They smell very bananaey! Makes me lose my appetite.
Anyway, I also made a video how to make these so if you are interested, it's on YouTube!

Gentle reminder about our next virtual ASL baking class on Saturday, August 29th from 2 - 3:30 pm. We are making no bake peanut butter chocolate bars. If you're like me and you don't like peanut butter, use a different kind of nut/non nut butter like sunflower butter or WOW butter. As long as it's creamy, that's all you need! Use the code I added at the bottom of this email to get your ticket for $20!

October is still on hold. I hope to make a decision on whether to set up a virtual class or not that month soon. Thanks for your continued patience. If we do, I'll most likely teach how to make peach or anykind of berry cobbler. That was on the list of suggestions I recieved from the survey recently. Haven't found a kitchen for an in person class yet. I am going to wait one more week and if nothing works out then I will plan on just having a virtual class that month.
In case you are someone who likes to think way in advance, I added the November class on my website this week. It will be on November 7th from 2 - 3:30 pm MT. We are making Apple Cider Donut Muffins! Take a look at the ingredient list.
School for me starts next week. Who else is feeling blah about it?? I have made a promise to myself to push harder on Bake it with Sass so I can make 2026 - 2027 my last school year teaching full-time! Who wants to be my accountability partner!? Behind the scenes, I have taken a lot more catering orders and partnering with various organizations and schools to bring them private ASL baking classes. Hoping to continue to add more to my list! If you might be interested in that (virtually or in person) let me know!
