Only 2 More Bake it with Sass Events Left in 2026!
Thank you for coming to our Peach Cobbler class last Saturday. I had a blast showing you how to make one of my favorite desserts ever!! With the second piece I ate, I smothered it in whipped cream. I still think vanilla bean ice cream would have been better, but knowing me, I don't think I would want to eat it since it's been so cold lately!

Our final virtual class of the year is Apple Cider Donut Muffins! We will be baking this delicious holiday-ready dessert on November 7th from 2 - 3:30 pm MT. Instead of a donut pan, you just need a mini muffin tin or a normal one if you don't have a mini one. These are healthier versions of those apple cider donuts you see at Fall Festivals. Come and get them!
Our last in-person event is on December 5th at the Eloise May Library in Denver, Colorado. Every participant gets to create their own Sassy Snow Globe Dessert filled with marshmallows, fresh fruit, pudding, whipped cream, and so much more! You can even decorate your cup! I decorated mine with a snowman. There will be a variety of colored Sharpies to choose from! Hope to see you there!
Sassy Snow Globe Dessert Workshop
Some people have been asking me about 2027 classes and I am aiming to get those up on my website by the end of November. I will be chatting with my interpreters to figure out which dates work for all of us so stay tuned! We will definitely have some more no-bake workshops as well as one or two baking classes. Will probably use some of the locations I have used before. Since it is still challenging to find places to rent with ovens, please let me know if you know of a place I should check out. I will be looking into hosting one in Castle Rock next year.
