I am gluten-free myself however, I make desserts with gluten in them. I do my best not to cross-contaminate. All of the desserts listed, can be made gluten-free.
Dairy-Free
All of the desserts listed can be made dairy-free.
The butter I normally use has SOY but if you have a SOY allergy let me know and I will get the SOY and DAIRY-FREE butter.
Vegan
There are a few desserts that I can make that are naturally vegan. I can also use Bob's Red Mill egg replacer to make something vegan and use dairy-free butter. Full disclaimer, I have only done this with the chocolate chip cookie cake before. Everything else will wind up being an experiment.
