K was a hard letter for me. The only dessert I could come up with was Key Lime Pie. Do you like it? I don't. So the next best dessert was kettle corn! It's so delicious! Every summer I buy at least one giant bag of it and snack on it all the way home. I know it's not a baked good but it's the only "dessert" that I will eat that starts with K. 

I do like the lime flavor but for whatever reason the key lime pies I have tasted were too tart. I have a big sweet tooth so I need to taste the sugar! For spring this year, I do have some lime-flavored desserts in mind to make so...stay tuned!
